Her hair is swept up with roses and she has one on the shoulder of her gown. She is wearing a diamond pendant. The frame of the cameo is white gold filigree with applied flowers. The piece is not marked, but tests 10K. There is a swivel bale to allow it to be worn on a chain. The condition is excellent.
